Wellness Resiliency and Partnership

The role of the Youth Success Coach is intended to support the overall success of a youth in school, at home and in the community. Youth Success Coach’s take a relationship based approach to enhance student engagement, academic success, and social, emotional and physical well-being. Youth Success Coaches in the WRaP program mentor, coach and support adolescent and young adult students diagnosed with FASD who present with mental health struggles, social, emotional and behavioral challenges to achieve learning outcomes and personal goals
