A Framework for the Success Coach Model

The role of the WRaP Success Coach is intended to support the overall success of a student in school, at home, and in the community. Success Coaches take a relationship based approach to enhance student engagement, academic success and social, emotional and physical well-being.

Success Coaches in the WRaP program mentor, coach and support students suspected or diagnosed with FASD who present with mental health struggles, social, emotional and behavioural challenges to achieve learning outcomes and personal goals.
